All packages are one ounce (by weight) with the exception of the "lighter weight" herbs which are half an ounce.  These include Basil, Bay, Cilantro, Chives, Dillweed, Marjoram, Oregano, Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Star Anise and Thyme.
